I am passionate about Human Resource Management because a well-managed resource (Human capital) is largely responsible for the success of any organization.  I am a dedicated, conscientious, loyal, and ambitious team player, and I understand that hard work is the bedrock of a successful career. I am a fast learner and task-oriented worker. I am currently studying HR at the famous Trent University, Durham campus as a postgraduate student.

Over the past decade, I have garnered experience as an administrative assistant and HR recruiter for small-scale organizations. The recruitment and selection relief I have contributed to most organizations where I have worked have in no little measure increased the organization's productivity.
