Developed and facilitated a national summit of people with lived and living experience with substance dependency, workers that support community members managing a substance dependency, and Health Canada staff to high light in real time the situations PWLLE experience.
Authored a grant to fund this position and created a new role to manage this project and was awarded $185,000 for the eighteen-month project
National Drug Tracking System | Ongoing
Authored a grant to fund a staff member to develop a website/reporting tool to gather data on the presence of drug types nationally and then predict when and where those drugs travel across the country
This project aims to provide an alert system to staff in the field of substance dependency to be prepared and educated on new drugs impacting their community and the adverse effects on a poisoning
