• Exposure to various methodologies, such as Agile, Product Life Cycle, SDLC and STLC
• Collaborated in developing Test Automation framework using Selenium and Java
• Project deliverables including Test Plan and Strategy for Manual and Automation testing
• Strong technical knowledge of QA process including system, functional, performance, regression and integration testing 
• System Integration Testing, coordinated UAT testing and verifying checklist procedures for deployment 
• Production Support experience with ServiceNow tickets, troubleshooting with RabbitMQ, Splunk, VMS Apps Manager
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong technical and communication skills.
• Quick learner and excellent team player, ability to meet tight deadlines with various release calendars.
