As a mortgage agent, I have three years of front-line customer service experience in residential mortgage finance and underwriting. I have also undergone extensive weekly training sessions that are directly applicable to my role as a Customer Sales Representative. My expertise includes maintaining confidential financial records and identification documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy, privacy, and data security. I am part of a large team of mortgage brokers across Canada known as Mortgage Architect, where we collaborate to provide mortgage solutions to borrowers nationwide. One of my key strengths lies in my exceptional communication and customer service skills, which I utilize on a daily basis. I engage in both written and verbal communication with home buyers and various third-party professionals such as lawyers, appraisers, lenders, insurers, and underwriters. My communication channels include email, telephone calls, the lender broker portal, Zoom, and text messages.
