leading provider of community-based health and wellness services in Canada. I have a postgraduate
degree in Project Management from George Brown College.
As a supervisor, I oversee the therapy coordination team and support the team lead daily, ensuring
optimal service delivery, client satisfaction, and staff performance. I also manage two innovative
project initiatives: Virtual Care assessments and Remote Care Monitoring Hospital to Home Program,
