About Benito Mendicino:
I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, I started helping out at my small family business when I was really young. I started mostly disassembling, cleaning machines, and preparing orders for the restaurants. when I got a bit older I would also help out with deliveries around Ottawa, Brockville and Kingston, getting a small understanding of how business works, at a young age. I went to St. Pius X High school; I graduated with my business certificate in 2020. After high School I furthered my education by taking the business administration program at Algonquin collage. I was taking that program for a year after I decided to pursue something new and started taking the fitness and health promotion at Algonquin. In this program i have learned a lot about the Anatomy and mechanics of the body along with the importance of physical activity and how to properly approach it.
