My current responsibilities as a remote Human Resources Representative includes administrative tasks, staff performance management, and the formulation of corporate policies. I recruit new hires, train staff to comply with company standards and regulations,  keep personnel records, manage benefits and payroll, and resolve organizational difficulties as they arise. I have also been responsible for developing and updating corporate policies and procedures and establishing effective relationships with staff and management. 

During my tenure as a Legal Human Resources Officer at the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, I ensured all necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with relevant legislation and best human resources practices. I also served as a legal resource to the senior management team on human resource issues and initiatives. Developed, implemented, and managed an appropriate employee recognition program and established policies and procedures for performance management and provided consultation and support to managers and supervisors with respect to performance management and staff disciplinary decisions. I provided expert legal advice, developed contracts and agreements, managed litigation, participated in policy development, and collaborated with internal departments and external stakeholders. These experiences have honed my legal and human resources  skills, regulatory knowledge, and ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments.

I am in the process of obtaining a professional Diploma in Human Resources Management and getting certified by CPHR Alberta. I also hold a professional diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B) and possess comprehensive expertise and training in Human Resources and compliance management. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
