 Carry out user training, and carry out curative and preventive maintenance operations. Technical scope: hard, soft, operating systems and network infrastructure. • Check the presence of machines, existing equipment and various connections daily. • Locate failures (software and hardware) • Check the Internet connection of each machine and to the local network with the server • Back up data • Dismantle the equipment if necessary to replace defective components. • Install the new hardware driver (driver) • Check for software malfunction • Explain the work done to the user • Gather the technical documentation (manufacturers' documents) • Perform reports and quality control • Write reports following an intervention • Analyze IT hardware to understand needs • Install, troubleshoot and configure following a diagnosis • Make the estimate of the intervention • Issue the purchase order • Receive the items ordered by checking compliance (quality, quantity, license) • Develop a maintenance schedule

I was trained at the African School of Development in Congo Brazzaville. Operated by a Higher Technician Certificate in Electronics and Computer Maintenance. The objective of the training is to ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of computer equipment, and the configuration of the computer network (LAN and WIFI), also the installation of software and the configuration of various peripherals.
