I have one year of experience as a Mi Casa Burritos Shop team member. My duties were to prepare the different kinds of Mexican burritos and serve customers, Inventory management, Till, and Outstanding cash registry management. 

Also, I have 4+ years of experience as a System Engineer in eClinicalWorks. Below are my duties and responsibilities: 

• Actively monitor the infrastructure using SolarWinds, Nagios, Thousand Eyes, and New Relic.
• Troubleshoot performance issues on memory, disk, and CPU utilization and scale up the resources as per requirements with IT change management protocols.
• Investigate service interruptions and event outages and coordinate with multiple teams until outage resolution is achieved through root cause analysis (RCA) of the outage.
• Access and troubleshoot servers remotely via various consoles such as ILO, IDRAC, and Cisco UCS Manager.
• Extensive experience in a large-scale environment (2000+ VMs) with Linux, Windows, and VMware ESXi 6+.
• Hands-on production experience in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policy management.
• Drafted outage timeline and reason for outage (RFO) documentation.
