With over seven years of professional experience, I have demonstrated expertise in various roles. As a Branch Manager at EasyFinancial Services Inc since September 2016, I have been responsible for administering customer accounts, maximizing sales revenues, and managing collections. I provide financial and business planning advice to regional management, implement internal control processes to ensure compliance, and conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement. In addition, I have recruited and trained staff, creating a strong and competent workforce. My efforts have resulted in successful business retention plans and a notable increase in customer satisfaction. 

Prior to this, as a Financial Services Representative at EasyFinancial Services Inc in Vancouver, BC from June 2015 to September 2016, I focused on understanding customer needs and providing appropriate financial solutions. I excelled in identifying sales opportunities, effectively communicating product terms, and creating exceptional customer experiences. 

Furthermore, my experience as an Article Assistant in Audit at Kaushal Manish & Company (CPA) in India from February 2012 to August 2013 has equipped me with extensive auditing knowledge and compliance expertise. I conducted audits of financial statements, maintained regulatory compliance, and provided support in tax-related matters.
