I worked as a customer service representative at a retail store. One day, a frustrated customer approached me with a complaint about a defective product. Despite their initial anger, I remained calm and empathetic, listening carefully to their issue. I offered a sincere apology and swiftly processed a replacement item, ensuring it was thoroughly inspected before handing it over. The customer left satisfied and thanked me for my understanding and prompt resolution. This experience reinforced the importance of patience, active listening, and efficient problem-solving in customer service.

I pursuing my diploma in Business Marketing, which provided specialised knowledge and skills in marketing strategies, market research, consumer behaviour and advertising. Prior to that, I completed my 12th grade in the commerce stream, where i studied subjects like economics, accounting, business studies, and mathematics, laying a strong foundation in commercial and financial principles.
