Bianca Jordaan

Working at Maple Leaf Foods for 6 years, I honed my leadership, project management and communication skills. During my time in the Leadership Program that develops high-potential graduates, I managed teams of 21-60, lead projects for plant efficiency and savings, and assisted in transitioning customer Fresh poultry portfolios to a new plant as part of a $800M project. I then shifted to work with MLF’s largest customer Walmart to grow their fresh poultry business.  Today, I am graduated from the Event Management program at Centennial College, working at Starbucks and chasing my goal of being in the event industry while also planning my wedding.  My background in elite athletics, corporate experience, and passion for creativity fuel a team-oriented, communication-driven, and results-focused mindset—and a relentless drive to see goals through to completion.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University in 2017, with minors in Marketing and Communication, supported by an NCAA full scholarship and consistent Dean’s List honors. She is completing an Event Management Certificate at Centennial College (2025) and previously pursued a Specialist High Skills Major in Nonprofit (2013). Her professional development includes certifications in SMART Serve, First Aid & CPR, Managing Food Safety, and advanced training in Six Sigma and Leadership through The Ivey Academy.
