About Bilha Ndomo Molnar:

As a Project Manager with over 10 years of project management I have worked in two leading IT organizations with highly credible leadership in project implementation. 3 years as a senior project manager/Engagement manager in SAP projects for a leading utilities company in the energy sector. Deployed multiple projects both large and small projects in the SAP platform with Capgemini.

 

Over 7.5 years as a senior project manager engaged in complex Infrastructure as well as application projects for two leading Financial Institutions with budgets of up to CAD 1 million. Applied both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver projects. Championed alongside four colleagues to bring awareness of diversity in the workplace through Business resource group with IBM.
