About Bill Ferrier:

Having 35 years in the Credit & Collection industry I have exceptional knowledge and experience, to train your Accounts Receivable Department to maximize their collection efforts. I offer one-on-one training or in a group setting. 

Experience

I have spend years showing individuals in Credit Departments how to properly extend credit, what to look for and why. In addition, I teach these same people how to overcome debtor objections to payment, and instill an understanding as to why these techniques are so important. I provide an overview of Small Claims and Supreme Court proceeding as the relate to initially extending credit and over coming objections to payment.
