Bilonda Mukandila

With over 10 years of nursing leadership experience, I am currently the Head Nurse - Interim where I oversee and support a team of nurses who deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs. I have a Master of Science degree in Primary Care from Université de Sherbrooke, and I am passionate about advancing the nursing profession and improving the health and well-being of the communities I serve. Before joining GraceDart, I was a Family Medicine Nurse Clinician at The Jewish General Hospital for more than eight years, working with diverse populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. In addition to experience in community nursing in northern Qc, I also have experience as a Nursing Clinical Preceptor at Dawson College and staff nursing in ER. I also enjoy scuba diving, basketball, and travelling.
