    • Restructuration of the hotel, implementing new procedures and cost control mechanisms
    • Repositioned the hotel by implementation of a new Strategy for sales and revenue that help increase ADR by 5$ and revenue by 10%
    • Implemented a full renovation of 199 rooms and public spaces 
  • Project manager for the Kejja Group, 2 to 4-star hotel Canada and US 1800 rooms
    • Implemented The Pudu Robots to compensate for the lack of staff at Hotel Forestel Val D’or and Hotel Bonaventure Montreal, Bella Bot for service and CC1 robots for cleaning,
    • Implemented different technologies for FB (Maitre D with an inventory system) and HSKP (Quore system)
    • Improved the efficiency of the main laundromat of the group
  • Regional Director of Maintenance and Project Manager
    • In charge of the Maintenance of Hotel Bonaventure Montréal, Best Western Plus Hôtel Europa, Hôtel Newstar, Hôtel Ô Laval, Motel Newstar
