Boyang Liu

Hi, I’m Boyang Liu (Jake), a graduate in Hotel Management from the University of Guelph. I have experience working as a guest service agent at Hotel Intercontinental and am currently employed at Moxy Hotels. I’m passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.

I’m always looking for ways to improve my skills, particularly in customer service and language learning. In addition to English, I’m interested in learning French to enhance my communication abilities in a multicultural environment.

Outside of work, I love exploring new places and experiencing different cultures, especially through travel and food. I’m also working on balancing my personal goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
 

As a Guest Service Agent, I learned to understand guest needs and respond with kindness and patience to ensure a positive guest experience. I also developed skills in managing accurate reservations and delivering personalized services to maintain high standards.
