About Bradley Sellon:
Lifelong Learner, Team Builder and Project Manager, I have made a living producing data for the purpose of management decision making. I have deep experience and comfortability with Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Excel suites and would describe myself as tech savvy. I have worked on Projects from Ontario to British Columbia and lead teams from 10-50 people in size. Experience
I have worked in the home services industry serving customers across Canada. Most recently I worked for a premier pest control operator (Top 3 in residential space) as an Operational Analyst and Branch Manager, overseeing the implementation of quality control measures and carrying out full-scale recruiting activities related to the service department.
- I oversaw expansion efforts in BC and Ontario to the effect that both teams experienced greater than 70% revenue growth and over 200% and 80% headcount growth, respectively.
- I implemented a training and certification program that produced a greater than 90% pass-rate and a 50% reduction in new hire attrition
- I designed a reporting structure for the management of technicians and their performance, including designing, scheduling and training for all relevant stakeholders
- Actively managed supplier relations to the ends that our business outcomes are aligned with theirs and worked closely on achievement and upkeep of these goals
Education
I went to school at the university of Guelph studying Management, Economics and Finance. I attended Guelph for 3 years following a single year in London at Western University.
My area of emphasis was in management and my passion is in statistics.
