noise in customer service recordings by 60% and improving transcription accuracy by 40%
• Worked in a team of 4 to develop an AI model to score engagements with customer service
representatives to increase the sales of Avondx’s customers.
• Developed a system to send updates to customers via SMS about customer service representative
performance, with frequency of alerts configurable on Avondx’s web application.
