20+ years experience in varied Organizations - Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Telecommunications.  I have worked for large corporations and small businesses and have supported organizations being built, a retail brick and mortar chain (Rona Home and Garden) and a Holiday Inn Express and Suites.  Have been successful to help build a dynamic HR Team and helped build great organizations by being a strategic HR partner.
