Brittany Charbonneau

Hi, I'm Brittany.

I have more than ten years of experience in customer service, including six years in a post office and two years as an assistant manager. I studied tourism and fashion. However, these are not the areas that interest me at the moment. Customer service taught me a lot of professionalism, responsibilities and autonomy. I love being able to find solutions and put forward my altruism by helping people. In a few years, I see myself growing up in a company that has the same values as me and where I am not just a number that can easily be replaced.

I work at a Canada Post office for 6 years now. I also have a company with my family that is call PlansB and we sell architectural plan online. I am the manager of the social media of PlansB since 3 years now. I’m working on it part time. Before that I worked at Spa Escale Santé as customer experience agent for about a year. 

I studied tourism and fashion.
