With over ten years in the service industry, I have developed a strong skill set as a bartender and server. I have excelled as a shift supervisor, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, and enhancing customer engagement. My experience has further honed my abilities in guest interaction, order management, and inventory control. Additionally, my diverse roles as a barista, receptionist, and housekeeper have equipped me with excellent multitasking and customer service skills. I hold a Bachelor of Illustration, with additional training in Design Foundations and certifications in First Aid/CPR, Smart Serve Ontario and WHMIS.

While completing my Bachelor of Illustration at Sheridan College, I gained comprehensive training in fine art, traditional and digital art techniques, and graphic design.
