As a junior associate in training at Manulife Securities, 

 1. Learning about investment products and services: As a junior associate at Manulife Securities, I receive training on various investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities, as well as how to explain these products to clients and help them make informed investment decisions. 2. Sales and marketing strategies: receive training on sales and marketing strategies to help generate new business and build client base. 3. Compliance and regulatory requirements: Junior associates also receive training on the compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the securities industry, 4. Supporting senior associates and financial advisors: During the training period, expected to assist senior associates and financial advisors in their daily tasks, such as cold calling potential clients, setting up appointments, and supporting the preparation and execution of investment plans.
