I bring over 15 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, and customer service, with a strong track record of improving forecast accuracy, reducing inventory costs, and driving operational efficiency across consumer goods, retail, and smart tech industries.

I’ve held progressively senior roles—from Supply Chain Analyst to Director of Demand Planning—where I’ve built and led high-performing teams, developed end-to-end planning processes, and driven key initiatives across Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), and S&OP.

Most recently, I led demand planning and account services at a smart home technology company, where I oversaw IBP, implemented EDI onboarding, and improved on-time delivery to 97%. Before that, I managed demand planning functions that drove measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cost reduction—including a major shift from air to ocean freight.

Earlier in my career, I gained deep retail and replenishment experience working with companies like Smucker Foods, Heinz, and Coleman Canada, where I partnered closely with major retailers like Walmart, Loblaws, Costco, Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, and Canadian Tire. I also developed strong analytical foundations through roles in retail analytics and supply chain planning at HBC and Fruit of the Loom

Across all roles, I’ve been passionate about continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning supply chain and planning strategies with broader business goals.
 

I studied at Laurentian University and Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology. I’ve also completed the Ascend Leadership Program, which strengthened my strategic leadership and team development capabilities.
