I am an ICF-certified coach with trainings in systems coaching from CRR Global and Integral Development Coaching from Coaching Center Berlin.
My work focuses on aligning the personality and emotional makeup of the client with the way they approach their careers, engage in communication and conduct their lives. I have a toolbox of exercises for uncovering hidden realities and crafting the life that they want.
My initial focus was on executive and business coaching. This year, I have entered into the wellbeing space which ensures a fusion of performance and wellbeing. My academic background in the philosophy of religion and my international experience as a business leader in Berlin and Europe support and deepen this new aspect of my work.

Experience

Wellbeing Coaching is the new facet of my Executive Coaching, which I have been doing since 2018. I have coached dozens of clients from the private sector (DeLoitte, CGI, Gildan, Mitsui), government (Ontario Provincial Government, OPG, Port of Montreal) and individual entrepreneurs (human rights lawyers, corporate lawyers, artists).
In 2024, I returned to Montreal from Berlin, Germany, where I ran a business for intercultural communication and corporate training and coaching, a business that I now run remotely. For two years (2017-2019), I also acted as the fundraiser for an international arts project from Central Europe, No Borders Orchestra.

Education

In 2021, I completed a year-long certification in Integral Development Coaching. 
In 2018 I received my certification for systems coaching from CRR Global.
I hold a BA and MA in Religious Studies at McGill University, where I also twice taught a course, Religion and the Arts after graduation.
