Registered Therapist in Nova Scotia has open appointment times for in person or tele-health counselling for many mental health issues.

I welcome individuals, couples and a group work atmosphere.

I also offer critical incident group debriefing as well as many other group topics for creating a welcoming and positive workplace atmosphere. I am happy to come to your work place to present your inservice! Some relevant topics can be: communication skills, managing difficult people and situations, grief issues related to loss within the facility or any issue relevant to your work place.

Some personal issues I help manage are: depression, anxiety, weight loss, addiction issues, anger, body image, basic sexuality issues, and any issues which are currently stopping you from living your best life.

I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as my main modality inter-grated with positive psychology.

I will travel to you as well if required to serve you better.
