A third-year UBC Chemical and Biological Engineering student seeking a Co-op position in the chemical industry. Passionate about green solutions and environmental harm reduction. Involved in UBC Envision as a senior member of Brewing Internet of Things (BIoT). Accumulated various laboratory and process design experiences through coursework and extracurriculars. Adept in oral and written technical communication.

Experience

Actively participated in BIoT for 2 years, practicing process design and cultivating laboratory skills through brewing beer. Designed a process to extract prebiotic xylo-oligosaccharides from spent grain used to brew beer. Assisted the team lead by seeking out funding from various sources.
