As a Chatbot Tester, I have trained, enhanced, and managed chatbot content using specific bot development tools across existing and new systems. I supported the implementation of new features during non-operational hours, conducted thorough hands-on testing of chatbot systems, and provided efficient testing support for system introductions. Additionally, I maintained system parameters and configurations to ensure ongoing relevance and collaborated with technical teams to enhance the chatbot's natural language understanding. With effective communication skills and a commitment to professional growth, I aligned chatbot initiatives with organizational goals and stayed updated with industry trends.

 - Developed a device using Raspberry pi which streams music from iPhone (and other Apple
products) to any ordinary stereo system which normally doesn’t support Airplay functionality.
 -Studied the Raspbian OS and its various purposes.
