I find it extremely satisfying to lead complex statistical projects from start to finish. I am an expert in survey methodology with a focus on survey frames, sampling, imputation, weighting and estimation. I am an excellent SAS programmer and have used this skill in the development of generalized systems at Statistics Canada.
More recently, I have discovered a passion for people and project management. I am personally invested in developing and coaching my employees to deliver results and to realize their full potential.
