I am the son of a Chef from Trinidad and a FOH manager from Canada.I was literally born into kitchen life, shocking I became a Chef. I have achieved a proven track record of success in this industry.I feel like I'm able to adapt my style to maximize any opportunity.

Experience
I began by apprenticing at the highest grossing restaurant in the city Bertoldi’s Trattoria under local legend Chef John Fisher.
After that I've climbed the ladder to kitchen head, picking up new skills and tricks along the way.
I love new experiences and ideas and I'm energized by the idea of meeting new individuals and learning how to best form a cohesive unit.
Education
I completed the Cooks II apprentiship at Fanshawe College.
