  • Accounting, and making bank deposits
  • Validate credits and deductions according to agreements 
  • Reconcile accounts receivable US; CANADA; EUROPE
  • Follow up on unauthorized deductions, claims
  • Calculate commissions, Follow-up on accounts collected in advance
  •  Collection and follow-up of overdue accounts - Collection of customer payments

- Follow-up on accounts payable - month-end work - year-end work - bank reconciliation - Follow-up on customer insurance files(credits to new customers)  - Order tracking and approval for production.
