I'm a highly motivated and progress-focused Company Secretary with extensive experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to develop and implement effective Corporate Governance and Compliance Policies, Systems, and Standard Procedures for new business establishments, investor meetings, and decision-making processes. As an expert in Corporate Secretarial Affairs, I have a proven track record of maintaining statutory records and registers, holding Board and Shareholders Meetings, and managing sub-committee meetings of the Boards such as Audit Committee, IPO Committee, Nomination Committee, among others. I am also experienced in preparing for annual meetings and material submission schedules, drafting meeting notices, agendas, minute templates, board resolutions, and other necessary materials.

Additionally, I am a specialist in Corporate Structuring and have undertaken nearly 50 corporate restructuring projects in the last decade.

In terms of fund-raising, I have played a key role in raising funds from financial institutions in the form of term loans or working capital loans for expansion projects or new ventures of the Company. I am also experienced in IPO, Rights Issues, Bond Issues, and Private Equity fund-raising exercises. My extensive experience in ESR, AML, CRS, and UBO reporting further strengthens my credentials.

Moreover, I have hands-on experience in incorporating new business vehicles, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) across regions. Throughout my career, I have successfully completed more than 7 acquisitions and mergers, and coordinated financial and legal due diligence during the acquisition/takeover process. I have also handled the disposal of assets/facilities (non-performing assets) and reduced the cash burn of the organization.

I've done master in business administration for a reputed business school in India. I've also done Charterd Secretary (Corporate Law Clerk) from UK and India with Bachelors in Law and Commerce from India.
