I am a senior student life and operations leader with experience across student wellbeing student experience campus operations and program delivery within complex institutional environments. I currently lead large scale student support and residence operations, overseeing staff teams service delivery and crisis response while building systems that are equitable sustainable and people centered.

My work focuses on translating strategy into practice through strong operational planning stakeholder collaboration and evidence based decision making. I bring a calm structured approach to environments that require sound judgement accountability and cross functional leadership.

I am seeking senior roles in student wellbeing student experience operations program management or learning and development where I can lead teams build impactful programs and improve systems at scale.

Proven ability to lead teams manage complex situations and build equitable sustainable systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada with training in interviewing skills student centered conversations and evidence based assessment. Certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University with a focus on people management communication and systems thinking. Professional training in Scrum and project management, with experience applying agile delivery methods to complex programs within higher education and service driven environments.
