  • High degree of business insight and technical competency; capability to balance and bridge technology and business needs; proven skills in successfully leading enterprise-wide programs and projects
  • Excellence in guiding team & organization on how to use Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  • Proficiency in assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Experience in delivering project and meeting all technical requirements within agreed triangle of constraints basis
  • Experience in Onshore/offshore model
  • Proficient in designing and developing dynamic web application/ software; understanding client requirements and translating into code to add new features or modifications for existing products
  • Experience in supporting strategic direction of large-scale programs, setting budgets and managing risks while achieving overall company goals and exceeding customer expectations
  • Team player having exceptional organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
