Chloé De Chevigny

I am an experienced server with several years in the restaurant industry, working in high-volume environments across Montréal and British Columbia. I have served at established restaurants including Juliette & Chocolat, 3 Amigos, Enoteca Monza and 1909 Kitchen + Bar.

I am bilingual (French and English), adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tables while maintaining attentive, personalized service. My background also includes leadership experience supervising a team of 10+ staff, which strengthened my organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

I take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, working efficiently under pressure, and contributing positively to team dynamics during busy shifts.

I have worked at Juliette & Chocolat (2017–2019), 3 Amigos (2019), Enoteca Monza (2021–2022) and 1909 Kitchen + Bar (2022–2024). I am comfortable managing multiple tables, providing attentive customer service and working efficiently during busy shifts.

In addition, I have leadership experience as a housekeeping supervisor at Copperstone Resort, where I managed a team of over 10 employees, delegated daily tasks and ensured quality control. This strengthened my organization, communication and teamwork skills.

I completed an AEC in Media Technology and Film Set Production at Collège O’Sullivan de Montréal (2023). I also studied Visual Arts at Cégep du Vieux Montréal (2017–2018) and obtained my high school diploma from Heritage Regional High School (2017). I am bilingual in French and English and hold a Class 5 driver’s license.
