I have worked in various kitchen environments, preparing complete meals, managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring strict food safety standards. I am skilled in both hot and cold kitchen preparations and committed to delivering high-quality meals efficiently in fast-paced environments.

I completed my culinary training at CDC (Centre de Développement des Compétences) in Marrakech, Morocco, from 2008 to 2010. During this program, I gained hands-on experience in preparing traditional Moroccan dishes and developing professional kitchen skills. Additionally, I hold a SafeCheck / Advanced Food Safety certificate, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene standards in professional kitchens.
