With over 20+ years of career progression from Equipment Operator to Superintendent and General Superintendent roles within the Civil Construction and Mining Industries; I am now ready to take on a new role to further expand within my career. My extensive experience includes the management of safety performance, quality, and budgetary expectations for each assigned project. I am proficient with contract negotiations and time management for employees and contractors. Safety and team engagement are my top priorities as this guarantees better employee performance.

I work well with others and am proficient with receiving instruction to complete independent work. I consistently make an exceptional effort to mitigate the gap for any potential LTI's and always ensure my team is properly trained to handle the task at hand.
