(2021-2022)
Received 3 promotions in 6 months to manage one of the largest & busiest medical clinics in Winnipeg at 24 y/o; 15 doctors, 20 staff, and 500+ patients seen in the clinic per day.

(2022-2023)
From cold calls, booking demos, presenting demos, closing sales, customer success/retention, and managing a sales team; I learned it all & helped create the company's processes & strategy. I've received two promotions this year, and have added 110 new accounts.

a) Successfully created a repeatable business development model for a seed stage startup; new accounts increased by 30% without hiring new employees.

b) Successfully created Customer Success strategy to retain new accounts (+90% retention).

c) Helped build CRM (HubSpot) operations to ensure accurate reporting, funnel management and predictable sales outcomes.

d) I personally have a +80% closing rate on demos and +110 sales (cold call to close).

e) Soon to lead our business development strategy from Canada and into the USA.
