Christopher Johnson

I am a 22 year old computer science graduate from Ontario Tech University. I am passionate about IT, networking, programming, and technology in general. I have personal experience with troubleshooting, and I love solving tech problems. I also have experience with building and maintaining computer systems (both laptops and desktops). Additionally, I have experience with various programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, and more.

I worked as a warehouse worker for Wolverine Worldwide during the summers between school semesters. While it did not provide experience directly related to the field I am pursing, I feel that it helped prepare me in three key ways:

1. It helped me learn to be accountable for my work, and take responsibility for my success and my failures.
2. It taught me how to work on a team in a real-world environment, where there are real-world consequences.
3. It showed me the true meaning of preparedness, and how that applies to a working environment

I believe that these three lessons are applicable to any position, and have helped me to become a more suitable candidate.

Cumulatively, I worked for Wolverine Worldwide for 9 months. I was hired through Workforce, who are located at 151 Pine Street, Sudbury, ON.

I completed a 4 year computer science program at Ontario Tech University, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors). During my time there I learned a great deal about programming, and foundational computer science concepts, but also how to effectively work in a collaborative setting. It also taught me how to be (and stay) organized under pressure, and how to effectively manage my time.
