I am currently a student pursuing a diploma in business at Seneca College and a degree holder of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University. My journey began with a strong foundation in technology and has expanded to encompass business acumen and customer-centric strategies. My past experiences range from managing a private resort to working in sales and customer service roles, where I developed skills in operations, relationship management, and problem-solving.

I am passionate about product management, driven by a desire to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs. My goal is to leverage my technical background and business knowledge to contribute to the development of impactful products. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can work alongside cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy music, dancing, and personal growth activities that inspire creativity and foster community engagement.

I have a diverse background in customer service, sales, and event coordination, complemented by my entrepreneurial experience as a resort owner. My journey began with roles as a Customer Service Sales Associate, where I consistently exceeded sales targets and fostered strong customer relationships through effective product presentations. As a Resort Owner & Event Coordinator, I managed operations, finances, and guest services, enhancing the resort’s reputation and increasing online visibility through data-driven marketing strategies.

In addition, my experience as an Independent Distributor for USANA Health Sciences allowed me to exceed monthly sales goals and build long-term client relationships through exceptional service. I further developed my coordination and administrative skills as a Transaction Assistant in the real estate sector, facilitating smooth transactions and conducting market research.

My roles have equipped me with strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset, all essential for a successful career in product management.
