I am open to working remotely from home as  an inbound and outbound customer service representative as well as experienced in sales, collections and a Market Research Interviewer. I have 14 years experience in cust service and sales 2 years in Marketing research and collections and I have office 365 excel spreadsheets google docs and drive word, outlook some help desk Windows 11 and Mac computer experience. I love to give above and beyond customer satisfaction experiences to every customer. I enjoy helping others and working as a Team.

In other wards I have in call centre and remote Customer service , sales Collection help desk office 365 , windows 10and 11 mac computers, working as a team, troubleshooting customer issues and resolving them .

My last relevant education was at Humber College where I received a one year Business Certificate as well as a High School Diploma at Burnhamthorpe Collegiate, I also have an Esthetician license from the  Canadian School of Aesthetics.
