As a former student-athlete, I have honed my ability to balance multiple responsibilities, demonstrating hard work and resilience both on the field and in my professional life. My experience spans public relations, social media management, and event planning, where I excel at crafting compelling content, building brand visibility, and engaging diverse audiences. Fluent in English and French, with conversational skills in Mandarin, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work. Throughout my academic and athletic career, I have received numerous awards and accolades, reflecting my commitment to excellence in all that I do.

With a solid foundation in communication and public relations, I have gained diverse experience across various roles. As a PR Assistant at University Canada West, I honed my skills in writing and editing press releases, media monitoring, and supporting PR initiatives. My time as a PR Coordinator at Jelly Digital Marketing and PR Agency allowed me to develop campaign strategies, craft press releases, and build media relationships. In my role as a Content + Community Coordinator with Vancouver FC, I excelled in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving community engagement. Additionally, my work as a Social Media and Communications Lead at TRU Wolfpack showcased my ability to manage social media platforms and create viral content. My experience is rounded out by my current role as a Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time Contractor) with Jelly Digital, where I continue to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

I hold a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Capilano University, where I graduated with distinction and earned multiple awards, including 4x Dean’s List and 2x CCAA Academic All-Canadian honors. My coursework focused on Social Media Marketing and Public Relations, providing a strong foundation in strategic communication. I also spent a year at Thompson Rivers University to complete my final year of soccer eligibility, where I further specialized in Public Relations and was recognized as a TRU Scholar Athlete.
