With my three years of accounting experience in the bank industry, I became adept at
financial accounting transactions related to bank transactions and generating accounting journals/general ledgers. I am proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and
accounting software (IBM AS400). I am very effective at multitasking and hardworking. I
managed to study full-time in accounting while working full-time as a remittance agent/cashier in a customer service role. I believe that my hard-working skills, eye for detail and sense of integrity would be an asset to the company. Also, I have almost 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing industries. In this role, I’ve performed mostly in accounts receivable duties and minored in
accounts payable duties. I maintained the integrity of the general ledger - posting journals, and generating customer invoices/accounts payable invoices, and accounts reconciliation. I am proficient with the ERP system (SYSPRO). In addition, with my recent job as an intermediate accountant, I have gained a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. I have also developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills which have helped me contribute to the successful completion of projects. I got a strong background in accounting and finance. I have experience preparing month-end financial statements, journal and adjusting entries, and inter-company, bank, and credit card reconciliations and year-end audits. I also have experience with payroll and supervised payroll admin to any related issues.
