Claude Francois Youondjeu

A recent graduate of Algonquin College, I am a beginner professional who is been passionate about construction for a very long time. Furthermore, my high sense of motivation and team spirit at work have always helped me to get ahead. Working under pressure and sometimes in difficult conditions, while respecting standards and quality, has contributed to building my experience. For me, honesty, respect, and a willingness to learn are the important keys to success in construction. It is for one of these reasons that I went back to school after arriving in Canada. Today, I am thinking of joining a company as soon as I can and embracing its values and culture. I want to learn and finally share my experience so that the company is remembered for creating masterpieces that are still unrivaled.

1. 13 months' work in a manufacturing and cleaning company with a performance bonus at the end of it all.
2.  Supervised excavation and backfill work for 17 months, increasing output by 20% over forecasts. Rigorous monitoring of subcontractors' work, improving the quality of results. Identified non-conformities and drafted site reports. 
3. - 6 years in a variety of positions, including Supervision of the formwork, reinforcement, and concrete teams for the scuppers, earning me second prize in the company's innovation competition. Supervision of the installation of the hydraulic crossing structure elements, with a 30% increase in production. Assisted the engineering team in implementing and monitoring the quality plan.In charge of large-scale earthworks and excavations for hydraulic structures. Responsible for machine and truck management on site.
