About me:

Worked in a technical support position since 1997.  I have a wide range of training and skills in the computer field.  These include extensive practical experience with Microsoft Windows; Setting up and maintaining users, groups and computers in Microsoft Server Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Office 365; Managing printers in an Azure and Server environment; Setting up and maintaining desktop computers, smart phones, printers and setup of VPN routers; Troubleshooting and repairing hardware problems. I am proficient with Microsoft Office, working with Outlook, Excel and Word and supporting the use of the applications; Support, documentation, and troubleshooting experience.  I have worked with cabling, including putting RJ11 ends on cables, running cables, configuring wall ports and managing the cables on patch panels and switches.  I have very good verbal and written communications skills.
