Experience

Cynthia, just completed her studies in Fanshawe College, London Ontario. She was a Risk and Internal Control Manager in IHS Nigeria Limited [the largest Telecommunications Infrastructure Company in Nigeria]; where she supports the Chief Technical Officer [CTO] to provide
consultancy and oversight of risk, compliance and audit for over Seventeen Thousand [17,000] cell sites managed by IHS for Mobile Network Operators [MNO] in Nigeria. She started her career at Interswitch Limited [Fintech company in Nigeria] as a Risk & Compliance Officer, Fraud Analyst and an Internal Auditor; where she was responsible for fraud mitigation and worked with the Head, Internal Audit to ensure the effectiveness of risk, governance, technology and financial practices of the company.
 

Cynthia has 8+ years’ progressive expertise in risk management and controls, fraud management,
process automation, project management, cyber security, business continuity management and internal audit (IT & Systems audit, Financial and Business processes) in Telecommunications and Payment Solution Services.
