I’m a logistics and supply chain leader with over 14 years of experience turning complex operations into efficient, scalable, and customer-focused systems. My career has taken me from managing day-to-day distribution networks to building strategic partnerships that drive millions in growth — and what’s kept me hooked is the challenge of finding smarter, faster, and more collaborative ways to move goods and create value.

Currently, I lead business development at XTL Transport, where I manage a $15M portfolio and help clients strengthen their supply chain strategies through customized, data-driven solutions. Before that, I spent over a decade with Loblaws, advancing through multiple leadership roles and eventually overseeing transportation for three major distribution centers serving 300+ retail locations. Along the way, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, negotiated carrier and vendor partnerships, and delivered results that consistently exceeded expectations.

I’m motivated by growth — not just in business performance, but in people. I believe strong partnerships are built on trust, clear communication, and a shared vision. My background in logistics and supply chain analytics, combined with Six Sigma training, gives me the tools to approach challenges with both creativity and precision.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, and staying active — whether that’s coaching adaptive athletes or spending time outdoors.

I completed a professional program in Logistics and Supply Chain Analytics at the University of Waterloo, strengthening my ability to leverage data in strategic decision-making. Additionally, I earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, refining my expertise in efficiency and quality optimization. Earlier in my career, I completed a Business Administration and Marketing diploma at S.A.I.T. Polytechnic, where I received the Jason Lang Scholarship for academic excellence.
