About Dane Benjamin:

I lead and scale partner and affiliate programs across iGaming, SaaS, and SMB markets, with a focus on profitable growth, cost control, and long-term partner value. I’ve owned regulated affiliate channels end to end, restructured commercial models to improve margin, and saved $1M+ annually in commission spend by aligning payouts to player quality. Alongside corporate roles, I advise SMBs through my consulting practice on GTM strategy and partner program design.


 

Experience

I’m a partnerships and affiliate program leader with experience across iGaming, SaaS, cloud, and SMB markets, specializing in building and optimizing partner channels that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Most recently, I led Canadian affiliate operations for Betano in Ontario’s highly regulated iGaming market, where I owned the full affiliate lifecycle. That included partner recruitment, commercial negotiations, commission model design, performance analysis, and compliance. By restructuring deals and aligning payouts to player quality, I helped reduce affiliate commission spend by over $1M annually while improving overall margin and traffic quality.

Alongside my corporate roles, I’m the founder of PartnerStars, where I advise SMBs and SaaS companies on designing, launching, and scaling partner programs. My work spans GTM strategy, affiliate and referral programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement frameworks, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, scalability, and long-term partner value.

I’m highly data-driven and comfortable operating at the intersection of revenue, analytics, and strategy. I regularly work cross-functionally with BI, legal, compliance, sales, and marketing teams, translating performance data into clear, actionable decisions for leadership.
