I am a dynamic team lead and full stack developer and an expert at directing and mentoring a team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

Known for the ability to liaise between executive management, Information Technologies and the end users, I have been integral in the conceptualization and implementation of several key solutions, and developing future strategies to keep in line with company goals. Managing customer experience and expectations for deliverables is a key part of many of the roles and responsibilities on past projects. 

I have worked with other product owners to communicate, understand, secure and plan projects as bi-weekly, iterative and achievable goals were also key to shifting customer mentalities of what was wanted and when it could be delivered. Showing positive innovative solutions to bring forward new data insights for customers, fostered an environment where the analytics were eagerly anticipated, and depended upon. I have researched leading edge technologies and created proof of concepts based on that research such as Azure Data Factory Warehousing. Currently I am researching how to implement aggregate flattened versions of our databases and connect them to Azure Analysis Services and Synapse offerings among other tools in the Azure ecosphere for better speed and performance within our PowerBI offerings.
