  • Lyris HQ/MailChimp/Cyberimpact: 5 years of professional experience with email design (HTML/CSS) and mass email deployment with a variety of marketing automation platforms 
  • SQL: 5 years of professional experience writing queries from various sources (i.e., MySQL) 
  • Google Analytics: 1 year of professional experience developing dashboards 
  • SurveyMonkey: 1 year of drafting questionnaires for information to be collected 
  • MS Access: A solid 2 years of practice writing join queries and manipulating data 
  • SPSS: Learned the fundamentals in school and have a strong desire to learn and use it more 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
